The Carolina Open Body Building & Figure Championship returns this year on 9 April 2011, as a revamped show with newly designed trophies. Come out and “test your metal” with some of the area’s best body builders compete to be crowned the Champion of the Carolinas.

The winner of this year’s competition will leave with a Southern regional title, a 6 Foot Trophy and an invitation to compete in the 2011 American Challenge – National Championships in November 2011.The Carolina Open has always been a great show to have your winter training efforts judged and fine tune your showmanship for shows following into the summer. The show is open to all levels of competitors and will feature Men & Women’s Body Building and Figure with Novice, Open and Master’s categories.
